Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering an account on WeldLit Marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register.

2. Platform Description

WeldLit Marketplace is a B2B platform connecting industrial buyers and certified metal fabricators. We provide RFQ tools, a supplier directory, and document exchange capabilities. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete company and contact information
• One account per company is permitted
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• Supplier accounts are subject to admin review before activation

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent company information
• Upload files containing malware, illegal content, or content violating third-party rights
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data without permission
• Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law

5. Confidential RFQ Documents

Files marked as confidential by the project owner require NDA acceptance before download. By accepting an NDA on the platform, you agree to treat downloaded documents as confidential and not to share them with third parties without explicit permission from the document owner.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant WeldLit a non-exclusive licence to store and display it to authorised users within the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

WeldLit is not liable for any commercial loss arising from reliance on supplier profiles, RFQ responses, or any transaction concluded via the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time via Account & Privacy Settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We will notify registered users by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
